Secure Boot¶
Attention
Documentation under development
The CC35xx device implements a secure boot that authenticates images against a vendor ROT (Root of Trust). The secure boot is always the first code that runs on the device no matter what is the life cycle state. This code is immutable This ROT is programmed onto the device during the device activation phase. The device will not allow any images to be flashed until the ROT is set.
Note
All examples in SDK will use TI’s vendor ROT by default
To learn how to set the vendor ROT. Please reference the SimpleLink Wifi SDK Quickstart Guide
