Get Stack Library Version.

Byte coded version MMmmSSpp MM=Major, mm=Minor, SS=Subversion, pp=patch

Parameters

[in]	pHandle	The pointer to the EtherCAT API instance.
[out]	pVersion	EtherCAT DTK version.
