ZB_ZCL_ATTR_SUBGHZ_PAGE28_CHANNEL_MASK	This is a 32-bit channel mask that defines the channels that are to be scanned when forming, joining or re-joining a network. Page 28 defines the first 27 channels within the 863-876MHz frequency band. Value format bits 0..26 - channel numbers bitmask bits 27..31 - page number (28 == 0b11100)
